Upsert Asset Custom Field

/custom-fields/assets/

Creates or updates a custom field of assets and returns
its ID.

Looks up an existing custom field by name, including inactive ones,
and updates and reactivates it; otherwise creates a new one. Replaces
its options and asset types with the provided ones.
